You can lose weight without dieting

Losing your excess weight is easy. Indeed, it is so easy that many of us lose this weight time and time again by repeated dieting. However, estimates say that up to 95% of dieters put all that weight back on – and sometimes more besides.
The reason behind this is that diets work against our basic instincts by denying us things that we enjoy (you can’t eat this you can’t eat that etc.). This sets up a conflict between our willpower and our imagination (you know that feeling, you are one a diet you can think of nothing except food. In this conflict eventually the imagination wins and you start eating again, or you reach your target weight and start eating again.
I know all this because I was a serial dieter, losing weight and putting in all back on again. Eventually I was 18½ stone with high blood pressure, borderline diabetic and had pains in every joint.
Something had to change. Using hypnosis, combined with sensible eating (not dieting) and some exercise, I lost 5½ stone over a period of 2 years and four years later I have still kept that weight off.
I was so impressed with these results that I decided to become a hypnotherapist myself, and help people resolve their own weight issues.
WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE
My structured weight loss package, takes my personal experience of losing weight myself, my experiences of helping others lose weight combined with the world renowned Sheila Granger (www.sheilagranger.com) method of virtual gastric band weight loss to retrain your brain into wanting to eat sensibly, without that feeling of being deprived of food.
The standard package comprises four hypnosis sessions along with daily mind exercises and following a set of eight golden rules over a period of approximately a month. It comes with a comprehensive work book and two reinforcement CDs. During duration of the package there will be no requirement for formal dieting, but you will be encouraged to eat sensibly and slowly and take some light exercise where possible. This package costs £245 in the clinic or via Skype and £295 in your own home.
Contains all the elements of the standard package, plus:
- Two additional top-up sessions approximately one and two months after the standard package finishes.
- A consultation with a nutritionist to establish your eating habits going forward.
- A treat yourself massage to celebrate the new slimmer you.
The platinum package costs £395 in the clinic or via Skype and £445 in your own home.
These are delivered approximately three times per year and offer the standard package but in a group environment. Participation in a class costs £100.
